Returns and Refunds

At Avwal Living, we strive to provide you with the highest quality home decor items. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free returns and refunds policy.


You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number.

Once you have received the return authorization number, please securely package the item and include the return authorization number on the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.


We will refund the full purchase price of the returned item to the original source of payment. Please note that it may 7 - 10 days to process the refund and a few more days for it to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.

If the item was purchased using a gift card, the refund will be issued as store credit.


Some items are not eligible for returns and refunds. These include:

  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
